RETURNS
We hope you love your new pieces as much as we do, but if you need to make a return for any reason here are the details:
Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please reach out to us at concierge@gerganaivanova.com to let us know. If request is approved, simply ship the items back to us at your local post office. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending back to us.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.

Please note, there's a $4 restocking fee for all returns that will be deducted from your refund. No returns are allowed on discounted items (including promotional discount codes).

Once we have received your approved returns to our premises, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will be notified of this via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.
 
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
 
WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
