Shipping and Returns
We provide a range of standard and express delivery options depending on your location. We use all major carriers to ship domestically and internationally. You'll be asked to select a delivery method and timeframe during checkout.
FREE standard shipping on all continental U.S. orders
Please note, a 10% restocking fee of your order total will be deducted from your refund on all returns. No returns are allowed on discounted items, including promotional discount codes.
We hope you love your new pieces, but if you need to make a return here are the details:
Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and received by our team within 14 days of delivery. If item(s) are received after 14 days of delivery then the item(s) will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, go to your account and follow these steps:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If return is approved, simply ship the items back to us at your local post office. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Please note, any international shipping and customs fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs.
Once we have received your approved return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You will be notified of this via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
RETURN TO SENDER
We do not refund return to sender packages if we are not at fault. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, forwarding issue, duties unpaid or not signing for your package, you will receive a store credit gift card amounting to your order total minus shipping and 10% restocking fee.
LATE OR MISSING ORDERS/RETURNS
Gergana Ivanova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by courier. The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. By shopping on gerganaivanova.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
By placing an order with Gergana Ivanova, you are responsible for any original shipping charges, all applicable customs and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping, should you wish to send your order back.
We work hard to dispatch your order ASAP, which is why all orders made are final and unable to be changed. Our dispatch team is seriously fast so please take care in completing your address on your order as we can't always change this. If you require a change to your order details, please email email@example.com. Gergana Ivanova is not responsible for an incorrect address being provided and any associated shipping costs for the error will be incurred by the customer. Gergana Ivanova is NOT responsible for any packages lost as a result of an incorrect address being provided by the customer.
We strongly recommend always providing a shipping address where you or someone you know will always be available to sign for delivery. Most deliveries will occur between 7am - 6pm. Gergana Ivanova cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address left on the order, but not received by the customer.
