We provide a range of different delivery options depending on your location. We use all major carriers and ship domestically and internationally. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We offer DHL Express shipping depending on the destination country. Please note, international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees.
Please note, a 10% restocking fee of your order total will be deducted from your refund on all returns. No returns are allowed on discounted items (including promotional discount codes) and made to order items.
We hope you love your new pieces, but if you need to make a return here are the details:
Items may be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: Return Request and order number. If return is approved, simply ship the items back to us at your local post office. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.
Once we have received your approved returns to our premises, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will be notified of this via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 7 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.
