We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $200 just use "FREESHIP" at checkout. If you do not exceed this amount, or are located overseas, your shipping cost and options will be displayed at checkout.

If your order hasn't been shipped, please email email@example.com right away and we'll try our best to help you. If your order has been sent, you will need to contact the appropriate shipping courier to redirect your package.

Please note, a 10% restocking fee of your order total will be deducted from your refund on all returns. No returns are allowed on discounted items (including promotional discount codes) and made to order items.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order. If you are concerned about an item going out of stock in the meantime, we recommend placing the new order while your return is being processed.
